Principal New Year Message
My dear Parents, teachers and students,
The holy Bible says that “For I know the plans I have for you plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29.11
Well, it’s time to get back to school with raised spirits and jubilant hearts after a wonderful Christmas and New Year holidays.
I heartily wish that this year brings to you more strength and more dedication and I do pray that you are able to achieve all your goals with your matchless commitment and sincerity. Students must learn from your past mistakes and accomplish your targets for future with your strength and dedication. No lesson is difficult once you start reading it and no goal is difficult to accomplish once you start working hard for you. All you need to do is take the first step. Actually, the only winner is that person who does not surrender and always fights the circumstances and challenges and works hard to get what he desires. You should always remember that every problem has a solution and every child has a talent and it is our duty to nurture this talent and let it bloom to spread the fragrance of love, peace and harmony in the society. Successful are those who never give up. You, my students, have unmatched potential to do things that are impossible and I wish that you explore your strengths in this year and enjoy great success in every phase of life. You must try to break a bad habit, learn a new skill, read a new book and do a good deed every day. Learn to be more active, read more often, see the good, forgive soon, respect your elders and love everyone.
Respected parents, parent-teacher cooperation is essential for the complete and harmonious development of a student’s personality. To bring out the best in a child, family influences should help inculcate in them the desirable behaviour patterns, healthy habits and positive attitudes in personal and social life. I am looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure our children can achieve their highest potential. I do understand that to be successful in school, our children need support from both home and school. I firmly believe a strong partnership with you will make a significant difference in your child’s education. As partners, we share the responsibility for our children’s success and want you to know that we will do our very best to carry out our responsibilities.
Dear teachers, I value you and deeply appreciate your commitment to the noble vocation. I personally believe, there is no substitute to quality education because it helps in changing the lives of thousands of individuals and their families forever therefore I wish to thank you for your invaluable contribution to the institution over the years. May God bless you with the strength to achieve greater personal and professional growths in the years to come. I desire to conclude with a line sung by a little Italian girl, Pippa, in the poem “Pippa Passes,” by the English poet Robert Browning, she sings- God's in his heaven — all’s right with the world. Dear students, I wish you all the very best for your forthcoming Board Examination, may you all pass with flying colours.
Yours in Education,
Rev. Fr. Franky Mathias
