All applications for admission to any class have to be made in writing only on the form obtained from the college office. Admission to any class shall always be at the discretion of the principal.

No pupil less than 3 ½ years or older than 4 ½ years of age is admitted to LKG. A corresponding scale of age is fixed for the successive classes.

Students who have attended any other school must produce their Transfer Certificate from the school last attended, before being admitted and in the case of candidates coming from school outside Uttar Pradesh as well as other Boards (CBSE & State), the certificates must be countersigned by the Inspector of school from which they come.

A new pupil who, joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce an official birth certificate such as a Municipal or Baptism Certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form.

A new pupil who attended any unrecognized school in class I Std and upwards would produce an affidavit by the parent or guardian before a magistrate. The affidavit should clearly state:-

The reason why the pupil did not join any recognized school.

The name and address of the unrecognized school as well as the official birth certificate should be produced. The last examination passed, if any.

Also the leaving certificate of the unrecognized school as well as the official birth certificate should be produced. All documents, once submitted becomes the property of the college and are not returned.

The entrance fee together with the first three months fees must be paid at the time of admission.

Notice of withdrawal should be given in writing before the fifteenth of the month or else the fee for the following months will be charged. Such notice should be given by the person responsible for the pupil. An application form for the same is obtained from the college office.

Pupils who leave the college in April must pay the fees for May and June. Those who leave the college in November will pay for December as well.

No transfer Certificate or any other Certificate will be issued till all dues are paid in full.

No Duplicate TC will be issued.
